By accessing and using the website of Canadian Professional Immigration Consulting ("CPIC," "we," "us," or "our") at cpicimmigration.ca (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or our services.
CPIC is operated by Mila Lugovska, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our services are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
2. Services Description
CPIC provides Canadian immigration consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Immigration eligibility assessments
- Application preparation and submission for Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, study permits, work permits, and family sponsorship
- Consultation sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Document review and guidance
- Representation before IRCC and related government bodies
All services are provided by or under the supervision of a licensed RCIC in compliance with CICC regulations and the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration applications are subject to the sole discretion of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other relevant government authorities. CPIC does not and cannot guarantee the approval of any immigration application, visa, permit, or status.
Any information provided on this Website, including eligibility assessment results, is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of eligibility or approval. Past success rates do not guarantee future results.
4. Client Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all communications, forms, and applications.
- Promptly inform CPIC of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your immigration application.
- Respond to requests for information and documents in a timely manner.
- Not engage in misrepresentation or withhold material facts from CPIC, IRCC, or any government authority.
- Pay all fees as agreed upon in the service retainer agreement.
Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in termination of services and may negatively impact your immigration application.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, downloadable guides, and software, is the property of CPIC or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content from this Website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from CPIC.
6. Website Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or any systems or networks connected to it.

7. Retainer Agreement
Immigration consulting services are provided under a separate written retainer agreement between you and CPIC. The retainer agreement will outline the specific services to be provided, fees, payment terms, and other conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a retainer agreement, the retainer agreement shall prevail.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPIC, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CPIC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely achieves the intended purpose.
